Give your golfer the gift of golf this
year by purchasing the Salt Lake City
Golf Gift Card. The Golf Gift Card can be purchased in any amount
when purchased in person or over the phone and can be
used for green fees, carts, range balls and pro shop merchandise at any of
Salt Lake City's nine courses. Golf Gift Cards can
be purchased:

calling 801-485-7730 Monday - Friday between
8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Golf Gift Cards purchased over the
phone will have a $1 fee added for shipping and
handling. Only credit or debit cards may be
used for phone purchases.

visiting the Golf Administration Office located
in the Forest Dale Clubhouse at 2375 S. 900 E.
Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Cash, credit and debit cards accepted. No checks

visiting any Salt Lake City golf course
during the hours of operation. Cash, credit
and debit cards accepted. No checks

online, by selecting the amount of the card
listed below, adding it to the shopping cart and
completing the steps that follow. There is
a $2 shipping and handling fee added for online
orders.
There is no expiration date for Golf Gift Cards. If the cards are lost or stolen,
please contact the Salt Lake City Golf Division to have
a new card issued and the previous card canceled. When purchasing Gift Cards
over the phone or online, please indicate where you would like the
card shipped and provide a phone number so we can call
if you questions arise concerning your order. We will be happy to fill in the To:,
From:, and Amount: portions on the Gift Card
cover for Golf Gift Cards that will be send directly to
recipient.
We cannot
ensure local mail delivery on gift cards ordered after 1
p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2008. The Golf
Office at 2375 S. 900 E. will be also be open on
Tuesday, December 23rd and Wednesday, December 24th from
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Call 485-7730 if you have

Note: All transactions are
managed through a secure PayPal connection. The
Salt Lake City Golf Division does not have access to
your payment information, nor does it have the ability
to see or store your credit card information.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days of
receiving your order and will be sent via standard mail.
