  • Club Championship:  You must have played and paid for seven (7) “Play of the Day” weekly games in order to be eligible for the Club Championship.  The club championship runs for three weeks in August combining the golfer’s best two (2) scores of the three rounds.  You must play two of the three weeks to be eligible to win.
  • Last year the league paid out approximately over $6,200 for play of the day winnings, $100 for the Club Championship and $120 in ringer prizes.  There were also four hole in one trophies and two eagle head covers.  In order to ensure adequate funds for prizes we will continue the $3.00 cost of the “Play of the Day”.  If you have questions about winnings and prizes you can contact our Tournament Chairperson, Candy Gines at the Opening Social or email her at Clarene11@msn.com.
  • Your registration fee will allow us to continue to purchase membership gifts, door prizes and possible supplement to the Closing Social dinner (details to be announced).

About Us

Forest Dale was built in 1906 as the Salt Lake Country Club and holds the distinction of being the oldest golf course in Utah. Forest Dale has undergone several phases of renovation since the City acquired the course in 1935. A major redesign in 1986 maintained the tradition while transporting the course into a contemporary test of golf. Today, it’s a challenging course with several small, original table-top greens that place a premium on accuracy.
